Missing lining

I initially purchased this coat in a medium, but exchanged it for a small as the medium was too oversized. However, both coats I received were missing the interior lining, which was a major disappointment. I had contacted customer support through Bell&Bloom, as the coat shipped directly from them, before the exchange to confirm that the smaller size would include the lining as shown in the product listing, but unfortunately, the new coat arrived without it as well.
