Dissatisfied customer.

I live in Michigan and I am now in Florida until April. There is no way UPS can deliver my order to my house due to the snow not being plowed and we are 900 feet off the road. I ordered from Macys on February 13th didn’t realize Beach DNA was a third party. Once I entered my order on line I forgot to change to my Florida address. I called immediately and Macy changed to my Florida address with no problem. In fact I already received my order from Macy’s. Now the problem begins. Macy’s told me I would have to contact Beach DNA to change my address to Florida. I tried calling but their mailbox was always full. I sent an email and there response was 2 to 5 days! I tried calling from February 13 until February 20th!! Always their mailbox was full!! I finally received an answer that I would have to call UPS and they gave me my tracking number (which I already had) UPS said only Beach DNA could change the mailing address. This has been a nightmare. To make this short Beach DNA sent me an email stating they tried to change address but couldn’t. Right now since I can’t get in contact with UPS the delivery comment has been twice noted can’t deliver due to weather. If Beach DNA would have answered my phone call the address could have been changed. Extremely disappointed.
