Leo Phantom Stockpot is the cornerstone of your kitchen, designed for creating rich, hearty soups, stews, and stocks. This pot is built with recycled cast aluminum and coated with a healthy non-toxic, PTFE free, PFAS free non-stick CeraGreen ceramic coating for no oil, no fat cooking. The lightweight body is easy to handle and has a full disk bottom, designed for energy efficient cooking and compatible with a wide range of cooktops such as induction, electric, gas, glass top, and vitro-ceramic. Oven safe up to 400�F without silicone sleeves. Wide handles for a safe grip, even when you are wearing oven mitts or using potholders. Matching cover for energy-efficient cooking with condensation bumps on the interior is for self-basting. The draining holes on the lid make straining easier. This stockpot includes two pot holders for the handles for your safety. Available in 4 sizes: 2.7qt., 4.5qt., 5.8qt. and 7.6qt.

    • Take proper care of your stockpot by allowing it to cool before cleaning, using a sponge or nylon scrubbing pad to remove food residue and stains, washing with warm water and mild soap. Hand wash only.

Extremely durable!

These pans tend to be pretty expensive so im happy to have gotten this in my voxbox! The pan was certainly eco friendly & durable, very easy to cook & clean with !

Multi-functional Wonder

I love this pot. I use it multiple times a week for pasta, potatoes, soup, stews, etc. The 2.7 quart size seems small, but is perfect for making meals for 2-4 people. It’s especially great to boil pasta or potatoes, because adding the lid creates a slot to drain water easily. The handles have silicone covers to protect your hands from burning, but I have found that I still need oven mitts as they can be too hot. I don’t often sauté in this pot, but when I do I use a bit of oil as the food sticks a little without it. The pot is oven safe as well but I haven’t yet needed to pop it in there. Overall, it’s a great, versatile pot that you will reach for time and time again.

So easy to use!

I love this pan! It is (healthy) non-stick and very easy to clean. It heats very well. I love that it is made with recycled aluminum. Also, it has a detachable handle which is great for space saving and you can throw it in the oven for frittata! I am a big bag and would definitely buy more of their products.
