Damaged and missing parts

Damaged fabric protruding metal seating frame. Canopy was not included. Had to call Macys who then had to contact this 3rd party Waiting for a response from the 3rd party

Great product with limited longevity

I purchased this in 2020, and think it’s a great swing the design is great and the instructional video was extremely helpful for the assembly. However the fabric is very thin and bcp does not sell a replacement nor can they direct me to an after market retailer. I place a protective cover over the swing in winter but since it seems I can’t replace the canopy cover the swing is rendered useless.

3-Seat Outdoor Converting Canopy Swing

Easy to assemble. Beautiful swing for our back porch. The only issue so far are the cushions not being attached with snaps or Velcro. They tend to slide around while sitting on and off of it. We may try and add some Velcro to hold them down.

Almost…..

This looks to be well made for the price. It has one glaring problem. It’s the most uncomfortable thing you’ll ever sit on. Whoever designed this should have to sit on their design. It puts you in a half laying down position so the cushions start to slide right out from under you. I could not recommend this product at all. I would have sent it back if not for the hassle of disassembly, reboxing and dragging an awkward 100 lb box to be shipped.
