Disappointed

I read other reviews and this product you can not put together in 1 1/2 hrs. Impossible. Most difficult piece of furniture I have ever had to put together. So frustrating. Finally put together and the cover for this sectional does not fit and we are across from one of the big great lakes and we see a lot of different weather elements. Very disappointed.

DON"T BUY THIS!

Worst piece of outdoor furniture I ever bought. It is very deceiving in the pictures. It is made for people 4 feet or smaller. the pillows never stay in the correct position. I want to return it but UPS would not take it unless I pack it back up in boxes. It took me 6 hours to put together and the boxes were discarded. Very disappointed in Macy's service; I called three times to return it and had to report Macy's to the Attorney General to try and get my money back. Come get this horrible set.

Doesn’t last.

The wicker doesn’t last in the sun, it dries and cracks and falls apart within two years. Even when it has been covered up in the winter months. Fabric fades. Save your money and buy a good one.

Short term solution

I purchased this set 5 years ago. It was perfect. Last year, the wicker material starting falling apart on the table. This season, the chairs are now doing the same. I keep the set covered when it rains and over the winter. I’m in the Chicagoland area so perhaps it is the cold weather that has caused this. The pillows are great and remain in good shape. Unfortunately I will have to replace the set this year. Not sure how long the expected life is for the product but I would say I got a solid 4.

I love the set -

I love the set - it's comfortable and fits my patio perfectly. It took a little more than the 90 minutes reported in the directions to put it together, but all worth it with the end result

This sectional is not wicker, it's plastic. Looks great on porch though.
