Best Naturals Alpha Lipoic Acid for neuropathy pain

I know there is no cure for neuropathy, but I do think this product helps with the pain.

It helped my nervous system.

I'm a type 2 diabetic who was suffering from a mild cause of neuropathy. I'd researched Alpha Lipoic Acid and stated taking it. It helped my nervous system. I no longer suffer from neuropathy. We're all physically different. What worked for me may not work for others. Do you own research. I do recommend taking Alpha Lipoic Acid with the advice of your physician.
