Do not buy

One of the chairs arrived broken- I called immediately to have the chairs picked up and to return them... that was on 1/26. Today is 3/19. Since then I have called 3 more times and no one has contacted me to pick the chairs up, and they are still holding my $319 hostage until they get the broken chairs back. YET NO ONE COMES AND GETS THEM. Terrible customer service. Macys has really gone down hill in past years. Never getting furniture from then again.
