DISGUSTING

Absolutely disappointed & DISGUSTED ! I just received these and when I opened up the box and looked at them. It looked like somebody had shaken the box and not only that, you can tell that the shoes had been worn by somebody ! There’s gunk on the insides and scratch marks on the soles, like they’ve been walked with already ! It is BEYOND disgusting that Macy’s would send me, what I thought was brand new shoes, brand new, that are pre-worn !!! If I wanted to buy used shoes, I would’ve went on Poshmark or eBay !!! HOW DISRESPECTFUL TO AN AVID SHOPPER! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE IN ANY WAY !!!!

Loose back strap that is not adjustable

i’m gonna join the club of complainers and poor reviewers. i literally filled out the size questionnaire because there were mixed reviews on whether these shoes were true to size, and the questionnaire said true to size, so i got them in my normal size, and of course they are too loose. i ordered them premium shipping hoping to wear them to a wedding. i’ll probably just exchange them for a different size, but it’s frustrating because i was told to get my regular size, and now i can’t wear them to the wedding i’m attending because they are too loose.

Wanted to love these

These shoes are so beautiful but unfortunately the back strap is too loose and no way to tighten it. I had to return them, I could not walk in them at all.

Very loose I recommend 1 size less, very nice , but the loose strap is annoying and does not allow you to walk

Beautiful Shie

I just received my shies and the are absolutely beautiful. They fit perfectly. I wish they had the blue ones in my size when I ordered but the pink is gorgeous. They are true to size and the back strap fits very well. Absolutely recommend.🔥🔥🔥

Design Flaw

The back strap doesn’t come near your heel and they can’t be fixed by a cobbler because of the angle of the strap. I’m surprised they left these in production or allowed them to be sold. Furthermore, the over strap is narrow and rubs your toe. Returning
