Dress arrived saturated in toxic chemicals

Dress is quite stunning, and length was perfect (I am 5’4”) but was too large overall, so I wouldn’t be able to keep it anyway. The greatest problem is that it arrived saturated in toxic, corrosive chemicals. There is no guarantee I can remove them, and even opening the package exposed me to them. I have MCS and neurological and autoimmune conditions that caused me to be harmed by these unnecessary exposures. It is inappropriate to send items someone else paid for covered in fungicides, perfumes and other highly toxic chemicals.
