Formal Dress with cape like sleeves.

Beautiful navy blue dress. Going to evening wedding by the bay in northern CA. Perfect cape like sleeves over my arms. I’m 5’5 & 160 lb which means I had an alteration of about 3 inches off the hem. Purchasing it for half off was great! I seem to always find what I like at Macy’s!
