Gorgeous

I wore this to my daughters wedding. I bought the same dress with different fabric- then found it in blue velvet before the wedding. Fit perfectly and I felt great in it. Tons of compliments!!!

Macy's is NOT what it used to be

Attempted to purchase this dress from Macy's but the customer service was so non-existant that I wasn't even able to try it on. I am between two sizes and needed to try the dress in two sizes. Too big a request for Macy's. I ended up never even speaking with a clerk until I had to call and get them to refund my money.

Will Never Shop at Macy Again

I ordered this dress which was supposed to be delivered to the store within a few business days. It never got there but they charged me anyway. Could never get anyone at the Durham NC store on the phone. When I did, they put you on hold and hang up on you. Finally asked for a refund which I'm told takes seven business days. Macy's is no longer a decent place to shop. I'm DONE!
