Wrong item delivered

I ordered this item and something different came. Something different as different design, as it shows here the pattern is flowers but the t shirt that came was coconut tree and the t shirt was navy color not sure how they got mixed up with a flower pattern and a coconut pattern. I called the customer service to let them know something that I didn’t ordered came, and request to get a new one and so far nothing has came in after a week I called.

Macy's Deliovery is Horrible!

What is the problem with Macy's lately?! I ordered 3 items that should have been delivered yesterday. None of them arrived! Today, I get a message from Macy's telling me that one package was delivered yesterday. No, it was not! Another, is now suddenly on back order. I had to login to find out what that really means. There's no explanation, it's just on back order! When might it arrive? There's no clue! And, Macy's wants me to buy even more! I'm not even sure why I should shop there again. Where are my 3 deliveries?!
