Seeking Good Advice.

I have been taking this vitamin for five days and have ongoing gas and bloating along with diarrhea all day. I would like to think 2 a day is too much. I did start taking 1 a day yesterday and it's less gas and diarrhea. Am I getting too much of any supplement? I believe the product is good I just need some advice. A response is much appreciated. My husband is taking the men's 50+ and I will get back with you later with his questions. Thank you!

I like these vitamins. The ones in the pharmacy upset my stomach and have an excess of water soluble vitamins that I don’t need.

I am taking these, but haven’t really noticed much difference. They have an off-putting smell and taste, but have gotten used to that. They appear to be more natural than others.
