It works!

This little machine sucked the puppy pee stains right out of my white rug in one pass! It took me 5 mins to transform my rug from gross to almost perfect. It's also quiet enough that it didn't bother my puppy while using it. It was easy to assemble and I love that you can clean the brush head. There were only a couple small spots it wasn't able to completely eradicate--and had I used a pretreat or done a second pass, it might have gotten them. Super satisfied with the results. My only suggestion is to come out with a solution that has a more natural smell (is that possible? I would love if the detergent smelled like essential oils for example).

Works great but...

4.9 Stars. Almost a perfect product except for the air output is on the bottom so you cannot set the thing down on carpet while you are cleaning the carpet. You have to hold it up in the air so the exhaust doesn't get blocked and overheat the motor. Other than that this product works exceptionally well I had stubborn stains that came out very easily. Highly recommend this product for sure
