Y'all are charging too much for this! Cheap plastic product. I can feel water coming out behind the machine as the beater is trying to suck up the water. Totally a rip off.

I wouldn’t even give this item one star. I just took it out of the box, installed as per the instructions and added the water and solution provided. It didn’t seem to clean much, left for about a 1/2 hr and came back and both the dirty container and water with solution container were empty! Leaked all over the floor, creating mor of a mess

Bissell is still the best cleaning machine

Just bought this Bissell carpet cleaner. I've owned several Bissell models over the years, but, I also tried Hoover. I am so glad I went back to Bissell. I have forgotten how well Bissell machines clean, as well as how easy they are to use. I bought a bottle of Bissell 2X carpet cleaner solution and cleaned our living room throw rug and bedroom carpeting. First, I vacuumed both. My Shark vacuum is well maintained and pulled up a lot of dust, lint, etc. Then I went over the same areas with this Bissell machine. I cannot believe how much more filth came up. Honestly, it's embarrassing. The water was dark brown. I picked up a lot more lint, hair, etc. Now, the bedroom carpeting, which is 6 years old, looks like new!!!! The living room throw tug is white again. I then cleaned the couch cushions and bar stool cushions. They look so much better. This unit comes with several hand held attachments and a nice long length of hose as well as a storage/carry-all bag for all accessories. Plus, two sample sized bottles of cleaning solutions. I like the Bissell 2X cleaning solution with Febreeze scent. I've tried many generic cleaning products. I've since moved back to Tide, Febreeze and the like. They simply clean better. That goes for this Bissell cleaning solution as well. The name brand products are better, hands down. I had several spots/stains in the bedroom carpeting which I could not remove, even with hands and knees scrubbing. I went over those stains several times with this machine and those stains are gone! I cannot believe our carpeting is so clean. Well worth every penny. Very easy to use is a plus. Top bottle is for fresh water. Fill to line. Then add cleaning solution to solution line. Very simple. Bottom bottle is for dirty water. Very easy to remove and drain/rinse-out. Don't believe those reviews complaining of the machine clogging up. You must vacuum first, to remove as much loose filth as possible, because this machine will pull out a lot more, believe me. When done, take a few minutes to clean the brushes and pull out any debris collected around the brushes. And that's it. Next, I'm going to clean my vehicle carpeting. I'm excited. Ordered from Macy's. Received very quickly. Well packaged and handled. Good price. Great service. Note: I wished to upload photos, but I could not for reasons unknown. Very highly recommended.

VERY easy to use. Rug dried very quickly as the amount of water put down is minimal. Brightened rug. Drew up meaningful amount of beagle fur!

Great carpet cleaner

I cleaned my living room carpet with my new machine and the old dirty carpet looks like new.
