Very poor quality.

I am extremely disappointed in this lampshade, very poor quality and very cheaply made. The shades came dented and the outside fabric is low quality and glued to the drum so there is puckering in several places. The fabric looks especially cheap when the lamps are lit and the seeps through the fabric. I realize they are not custom shades but they weren't inexpensive and I could have easily found better quality shades for half the price at a discount store.

Disappointed/ Damaged/ No quality control

Extremely disappointed with quality control or lack there of. Order Two Black Drum Shades, one was slightly dented and I was able to push out dent. Second Shade has multiple dents, big and small. I realize they're not high end shades, but @ $50 each, I expected more. I'm going to attempt to contact customer service and find a resolution.... Extremely unhappy with product
