gorgeous sectional

I love this sectional But after not even 3 months of usage the material is getting wrinkled. Macys customer service found nothing wrong with it. I now have to wait for 60 days to get a second opinion !!! A brand new sofa should not look like it’s sagging in 3 months. Spent way too much for that to happen!!! Poor customer service.
