Returning

I was so happy to received my box but when I opened it, they sent me a used shoes. I am so disappointed this time. I’ve been a good customer and bought a lot of shoes. Not good! I don’t deserved this.

Where is my refund for non delivery

UPS never attempted to deliver the package via UPS tracking. It's been a month and I haven't received my refund for non delivery. Per Macy's customer service, they're waiting to get the package back from UPS...that has nothing to do with me bc I never received the package. Still going back & forth to get my refund.
