too lightweight

I was expecting the comforter to be thicker and have more down in it for the price. It was shipped to my house and both outside shipping bag and inside bag was ripped. It didn't come with a receipt or brand name. We left it out of bag to see if it would fluff up but looked like it was missing down in spots. Very disappointed and brought it back.
