Stem fell off

Stem fell off one of my earrings.the stem bent over and I bent it back and it snapped right off.

I took em out the box tried them on all of a sudden it fell out my ear with the back was still attached to my ear.

Earrings

Bought two sets of the bridge diamond earrings for me and one for my daughter in law. We wore them once to a wedding on 4/26/25 and both of earrings broke ( the posts broke off)… very disappointed
