Worth the money

I bought these open earbuds 3 weeks ago. Best purchase ever. I hate wearing traditional earbuds since they fall out. These earbuds stay in place no matter how i move my head. Sound is great. I was afraid that since they are not noise canceling i would hear everything around me. On the contrary the noise around me is minimal.

Comfortable to wear. I always had a hard time finding a pair of ear buds to be able to wear with my hearing aids.

Poor quality

Only had a couple months and left earbud does not charge correctly. This seems to be a chronic issue based on other internet sites.

Software is terrible

Hardware is great comfy and great sound. Problem is the software. It acts wonky at best. Pickup no sound on calls until they go back in the case. Stops playing. Music until it is repaired to the device. Fire that whole department

Great comfort.

I bought these a month ago. So far they are great. Good for the office and running. And I don’t get ear fatigue from these.

Great item but room for improvement

I have had to exchange my open earbuds because one of the earbuds couldn’t charge. I love them so much specifically for exercise, however, when sweat gets in the charging metallic circles, they tend to rust out which tends to make connection difficult. Engineers should optimize the charging aspect of it
