Inconsistent

With the first order we received, the Hugo Boss metal logo was scratched on both shoes; we returned them and ordered a new pair. With the second order, we received the incorrect size. Need to return again.

The picture of the shoe on line is not the actual shoe that's shipped. This is my second attempt trying to get this shoe and both times it's not the same shoe that's shown. The bar across the top is flat and not raised as shown and the letters BOSS is not on the top of the shoe nor is the stitching. Also, the shoe is a shiny leather on line and it's actually a matte leather. I don't recommend ordering this shoe, you will not get what's shown on line.
