Backorder

I placed the order on November 22nd and as of today (12/4/24) the item hasn’t even shipped yet. I received an email stating that the order was delayed and that I could cancel at any time as long as it hadn’t shipped yet. I called to cancel and was told it was canceled but I never received a confirmation email stating that. Today, I still haven’t received the item, haven’t received a cancellation email, or received my refund.
