Both arrived broken

Both arrived broken and unfortunately they were final sale. Very disappointing.

Broken -

the product it self appears to be decent and nice looking gift. I ordered 5 of these for gifts, 4 came broken all due to poor packaging. All were put into a bigger cardboard box without and cushioning or bubble wrap. this could have easily been prevented if packaged with commonsense since glass is involved. Customer care was understanding and refunded; however, I am very disappointed as these were meant for gifts throughout the year and now they are out of stock.

Other occasion to buy:Already described above. The glass was broken I called your customer service hotline they said it was still showing as out for delivery so they couldn't help me but they would call me or email me today about it and I've heard nothing and it's almost 5:00

Broken and not even wrapped up at all

Came broken.... not even wrapped up at all. I called about it yesterday and they were going to email me about it today ibecause it still showed as being it for delivery. I never heard anything. And it was a gift for my sins birthday. Wont but anything like that from there again.
