Beautiful Bag, But Handle Quality Disappointed Me.

I purchased this bag and was initially in love with the design, size, and overall craftsmanship of the bag. The structure is elegant and functional, and it made a great statement piece. However, after only a few uses, I noticed that the handles began to peel. This was extremely disappointing, especially given the price point and reputation of the Brahmin brand. I expected a higher level of durability and quality. While the bag itself still looks beautiful, the peeling handles have taken away from the overall experience and make me hesitant to purchase another Brahmin in the future unless the issue is addressed. I hope the company considers improving the materials or reinforcing quality control for the handles, as this could easily be a long-term staple piece if not for that flaw.

Wrong Leather pattern

The back side of purse has a wrong pattern: with large, more profound texture, on the sides and smaller in the middle. Per the store picture, both sides should have the identical layout with larger print in the middle, which my purse does not have. This creates an impression of a "patch work" with interrupted flow in texture and color, and makes purse look cheap. Someone in production obviously missed a quality control. Purse itself is beautiful, maybe I just got a wrong lot. Returning.
