A book children can see themselves in

This book introduces children to the practice of breathing exercises. The various scenarios presented, and their associated feelings, will be familiar to all young children, who will be able to see themselves in the pages of the book. After each challenge, the child welcomes their feelings and lets them go through intentional breathing. A wonderful and accessible book for kids on mindfullness and meditation.
