Works perfectly

We purchased this as a diaper bag that would work well for travel. It matches our luggage, has a luggage sleeve, and holds a ton! We are very pleased with it and can easily use it for travel once our daughter no longer needs it.

The overall quality and capacity

The overall quality and capacity are fantastic thus far! I USE my luggage and have recently carried this tote on the past 5 flights, and it is passing every test! The zippers, durability and inside capacity are exactly what I need. Making this in the form of the Rhapsody weekender in Plum color, with the bottom shoe compartment would be perfection!

Good sized tote, love that it matches the rest of my luggage.

Overall, I really like this bag for hauling around my laptop, light jacket, water, etc. from point A to point B while on business trips. The strap is comfortable for carrying, even with the weight of my water bottle and laptop in it. If I were to pack it full, it would not fit under the airplane seat, however with the aforementioned items and a few other smaller items in it, it fits just fine. There are only two things I wish were different: 1) a bit more structure to the bag so it doesn't fall over so easily and 2) another smaller zip-up pocket in the interior of the bag. Other than those things, I love it and would recommend it!

Dear Briggs&Riley, This bag is

Dear Briggs&Riley, This bag is not as good as the earlier version. The handles are mostly fabric, only with a thin layer of leather. They slip off the shoulder. There are fewer zippered pockets, inside and out. The outside pocket is small and fairly useless. There were more and better before. The size of the bag seems okay, but the bottom is not sufficiently firm. Also, your replacement policy, for bags that have deteriorated and are guaranteed, does not work for someone like me who travels a great deal and needs the bag all the time. This is the second time your replacement policy has not worked for me. Last time you sent me the wrong piece of luggage, in lieu of a large piece in green, you sent a medium bag in black. The bag you sent is so unwieldy, that it is not practical. At the time I should’ve sent it back, but it came from London and I was in France and it was difficult, So I didn’t send it back for replacement and I regret that. Signed, Dr. M. S. Yakowitz

Great color!

I like this bag's color, it matches my other luggage from TravelPro quite nicely. I like the material as it seems to be quite sturdy. I wish the bag didn't slouch so much. The pictures of the bag would leave one to believe that the material is much stiffer than it really is. I thought it was a freestanding bag, but it's not. It slouches over unless it is attached to luggage via the sleeve on the back. Because of the sleeve, sturdy material and color match, I'm keeping it.
