Frustrated over incorrect sizing and Exchange poli

Cute boot, size runs 1/2 size too small. Super frustrating because LifeStride wont let me exchange them for the next size up. I ordered MY SIZE and now I can't even wear the shoes because they are too small.

Knee high boots with zipper closure

Unfortunately, the top of the boots doesn't have a gusset for thicker calves, making it impossible to zip the boot closed.

Love Brandy boots!

Loves these boots! Bought 5/pairs on Bzees website. Have the Brandy boot in black and in chicory. Please, come out more colors in this style! Need mana y and light cream.

Cracked soles

Bought 6 months ago and bottom sole cracker all the way through on both boots. Also happened to the newer pair I bought. Very upsetting

Comfy!

Nice color, lightweight, soft inside and out. The calf is a little wide but it kinda scrunches it a super cute way without looking bulky.

Love these boots!

I purchased these about a month ago and I LOVE them! Lightweight, comfortable, fit well and I don't get that gap between the boot and my leg when I wear them. Perfect fit with the added bonus of being machine washable. Total win for me!
