Same shoe but different fit!

I ordered the same pair I bought thru breezes same size different color and my right heel keeps slipping out of the shoe. have tried various supports nothing works. I'm very frustrated.

I am having the same problem. I ordered the same size I already have from before LifeStride bought Beezees but the fit is different! I cannot wear them without all sorts of supports for inside the shoe. None are working and they are very uncomfortable. Can you recommend something to make these shoes fit? The next size down will probably be too small.

Second Silver Pair

I have these in silver, for at least two years. Wash great. Concerned that I would soon wear the pair out, I just bought a second pair, I like them that much! Silver matches just about everything. The bonus is they are so comfortable, I actually walked miles in them.

Although the same size as many other Bzees I have, this style is too big.
