DANDY LAMP.

This dandy table.lamp is the same design as floor lamps i own. It would be great by by itself but is terrific in combination.

Item not as pictured and is a hassle to return.

I purchased this lamp as a gift. When received the packaging had looked like somebody had returned the item at least once already. When we opened it, it was not the same lamp as pictured and functioned in a different way and had minor damage as well. When I got online there was no way to click on a return option so I had to call the customer service number and what a miserable experience that was. Such a bad experience I don’t think I will ever purchase anything from them again. I’ve been shopping with macys for years and never ever had a problem with a return. The customer service department seemed to have fun aggravating someone rather than get the matter to a person who could help. I had to wonder if I was even talking to macys when I called. For future customers you need to know that if the third party company they hire cannot resolve your problem there is no way to get to a higher person to speak to and for this type of aggravation that’s enough for me to stop buying from them.
