No longer a Christmas present...

Ordered on 12/7, very limited tracking info and today I learned the "estimated" delivery is on 12/26. Really? After Christmas? Lousy job, people.

Off Shore Out Source

I will never buy another purse from Macy's. I've had the worse experience in life!!! They have people out of the country handling customer service and they don't understand!!! Extremely frustrating. Macy's can't get my money.
