nice fabric and color but runs very small on shoulders and upper arm. I am 5'2" 12p 150 lbs

The sizes will process incorrectly

I ordered a 20P and received a 2P. Then the customer service chat lady told me I ordered the wrong size and it was my own fault. I sent her a screenshot of what I ordered and she continued to insist I ordered the wrong size. I had to call customer service to find out that they have a problem with their website...the size you put in your order changes automatically to whatever size they have programmed. They have the size programmed incorrectly, therefore the size you receive may not be the size you order. But they will tell you you're wrong and that it's your fault when you call to tell them you've received the wrong size. They have sent me a return label and will be picking the return up from my home. If this happens to you, just know that is an option - you do not have to go in person to return it like they initially tried to tell me I had to do. They will do as little as possible for you as a customer.
