Never Received The Dress

Never received the dress. Macys sent it as a Sure Post delivery. UPS delivered it to the US POST OFFICE they never scanned the package in for delivery. So package was never received or delivered. Macys and the Postal Service need to get their Sure Post package delivery system together. As of right. now they are not dealing with any type of quality services. Never had a problem like this before. But two issues in three weeks, shipping needs a quality control check. Would have loved to have written a more positive review. Customer services was good about crediting my account.
