HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS ITEM. TRACKING INFORMATION THIS MORNING SHOWS THAT UPS HAS NOT YET RECEIVED THE PACKAGE FROM YOU. ORDER WAS PLACED ON 11/17, EMAIL RECEIVED STATING THAT IT SHIPPED ON 11/19. HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME OBTAIN A REFUND. WILL CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
