Crude and rough details

I have purchased other items made by Campania and they had the excellent detail of a fine carving. By comparison, this statue is crudely made. I am very disappointed in the rough nature of it. I went back and looked at the photo on the website to see if I had been shipped a defective product, and the website photo lacks enough detail to be able to tell. If the intent was to sell something that looks like a rough carving, then the website photo should clearly show that.
