When your so excited and your let down

I ordered 4 pairs of boots and the best part is unboxing the boot however 3 out of the 4 boxes were damaged torn and broken such a huge let down the box is half the excitement if you ever bought Carlos by Carlos Santana you understand to get damaged boxes and torn boxes it was very very disappointing and a horrible look on the branding … not a good look on Macys and on Carlos by Carlos Santana I know they would not approve of the overall quality of the delivery of the product!
