It’s okay

I am disappointed because the base and back support always stay at 90 degree angle. I mean when you try to recline the back the base also lifts up so the angle of you hip to back always remains a right angle unlike other recliners.

King size comforter

I like the comforter but for a king size it seems short on the length and width. It barely covers our standard mattress

Hard to return

ATTENTION ATTENTION! When you buy from this company, you won’t be able to return the items to Macy’s because they’re not in their system. I bought them online and took them to customer service to return them, even had the receipt, but they couldn’t process the return. I had to stand there for over an hour until the manager came and was finally able to help me return them.

Most Excellent Recliner Chair

Most EXCELLENT Recliner I purchased this recliner for the recovery period after an extensive foot surgery. The chair is not only comfortable but therapeutically designed. I am able to elevate my foot and still rest comfortably. It’s been five days now that I have been able to spend the day reading, and then sleep throughout the night. I would rate this chair a 5 star plus! The sales person Steven at Macy’s was totally correct, he knew his line of business! Thanks Steven and thanks Macy’s!

So close to being perfect but I love it anyway

Pro: super comfortable, 3 different chair adjustments, great for dealing with my sciatic nerve pain, work well for icing my back without damaging chair. Con: no arm rest once fully reclined, remote cord likes to catch in the chair if not careful, the chairs needs a lot of space.

Exchange/Refund has become a nightmare

One chair came with the back seams in tatters and the back rest leaning more towards one side. It's been a headache trying to get the inspectors to come and assess my complaint. They keep rescheduling, disregarding the fact that customers have schedules, too. It's up to you if you want to buy this but there's a high probability of post-purchase headaches.
