Oil Cleanser Will Not Remove my NON Waterproof Mascara :(

I bought this oil cleanser 2 weeks ago because of all the positive reviews, but what a disappointment, don’t know if there is something wrong with the product but it doesn’t remove my NON-Waterproof mascara. I wish I could exchange for the foam bought in the past which works great.

We recommend that you use the Make-Up Removing Cleansing Oil as follow: Warm 1 pump of Make-Up Removing Cleansing Oil in your hands. 2. Massage onto dry skin, with eyes closed. Emulsify with some water. Rinse with plenty of warm water and dry. If wearing heavy makeup you may repeat. You can also mix the Foaming Cleanser with the Cleansing Oil for a "silky foam" effect that emoves make-up in one go. We hope that this is helpful! Caudalie
