Exchange made easy.

I purchased a Jean dress at Macy’s in Spokane Valley mall. When I put it on I noticed there was an problem aligning the snaps. I took it to Coeur d’Alene store and a young man helped me return it and then order from another store. Came in a couple days and it is perfect. I. appreciated the courteous service and kindness shown to a senior. Thank you Macy’s.

Very cute dress! Light and sofrmt denim. Honestly made for Juniors didn't realize. I'm a Woman 5'3" 155 # . Large was too small. Maybe next time!

The Denim Dress Runs SMALL

I purchased this denim dress in a size L....it was about 2 sizes too small and short. The fabric was not great. I returned the denim dress to Macys.
