Most frustrating and insulting transaction ever

I ordered a duvet cover in white. I received, after several weeks, a duvet cover in cream. I called Macy's who told me to return and repurchase it. I did this and took the wrong one to the UPS store. The second time I received exactly the same wrong item, a duvet cover in cream. I called again, especially because the item was no longer at sale price, and went through the same process again, and a few weeks later received, yes white this time but a sheet set instead of a duvet cover. Before I had time to call about this, I received an email saying that the return had not been received (16 days after taking it to UPS) and that they would charge me for it. I have emailed them the tracking number. Meanwhile, are they expecting me to just lump it and keep the wrong thing? What kind of business practice is this?

Nice flannel. Contents not as described.

Nice heavy flannel. I was expecting a flat sheet and a fitted sheet per the description but it is only the duvet cover and two pillow shams. Description on Macys.com: King sheet set includes- 1 flat sheet- 104" width x 110" length, 1 fitted sheet- 80" width x 78" length , and 2 pillow cases- 41" width x 21" length.

I threw it in the garbage

It is awful. It had so much lint. I washed it and I have never seen so much lint in the washer and beyond words in the dryer. Lint everywhere

Better than expected.

So, I wanted a flannel duvet to match my flannel bed sheets. Stumbled across this and decided to order. I will say it is soft and it does add the extra coziness to my bedding. One thing I would say it's not as white white as I like it but it is white.
