Wrong item received

Ordered yellow flannel sheets for my mom for Christmas. I received gray sheets with white rabbits. Not happy so will not be ordering again.

Won’t order from Macy’s again.

Ordered these sheets on 10/31/23. On 11/10, I received a DIFFERENT brand in a different color … winter white instead of white. When I looked up the brand they sent me, the value was about HALF of what I paid. Not sure if this was intentional or not. I contacted Macy’s, got a return label and shipped them back 11/11. My credit card was charged on 11/2. Most companies don’t put it on your card until it arrives or until it’s shipped. They used the slowest service possible to get it back to them and it was further delayed because the return address on THEIR label was to an OLD address and UPS had to forward the package which too MORE time. Now it’s finally been received back to them 11/21, and they say it’s going to take ANOTHER 3-5 days for “processing” before my card is adjusted the $160. Terrible customer service and didn’t even send the right product. They had my money for almost a month. Won’t order from Macy’s ever again and not happy that they switched my product, maybe thinking no one would notice.

Perfect weight sheets

These cotton flannel sheets are excellent. Husband loves them. Went through 2 other sets before landing on these. The top sheet is heavy enough to use without a blanket and light weight enough to use with a blanket. They are absorbent and breathe well.

Thin Material!

I bought these sheets recently and when they came through the wash, had shed over everything else in there with it. These are the first flannel sheets to ever do this to me. Then, after a week of sleeping on them, a huge hole has formed in the middle. Upon inspection, I notice that there are other very thin areas that will probably do the same. I really thought I was buying nice sheets, but they’re definitely not. DO NOT BUY!
