They were not careful with the order

I bought the duvet cover as a gift and sheets arrived instead, the person I gave them to thought that my intention was to give them sheets and washed them and kept them, even though they were not what they needed. When he told me they couldn't be returned because they were washed, it seemed very unfair to me that they had given us something that wasn't needed and we couldn't return it. Useless purchase, money wasted.

Love the weight and the colors but the duvet is piling and for the cost it should not be doing that.
