Unreal Sizing Poor Sizing

I purchased two Champion hoodies (different colors). I noticed that they were manufactured in different countries. They were supposed to be the same size, however, one was three inches shorter in length with sleeves being two inches shorter than the other hoodie.

Feel different than previously bought from Macy's Champion Mens Power blend Fleece Joggers. The pockets are NOT deep like previous ones I bought. My iphone sticks out from the pocket.
