Unsatisfied with the return

I ordered a 3.4 , I received a saller size i called as soon as I received it and returned it. They refuse to refund me because i di no sent back the free gift. But i had no yet received the free gift wheni returned it. I returned the free gift and as of noe i have not received my refund.
