Maybe nice but no-show !

This looks like a nice product and was one of a dozen and a half orders for my new condo, UPS and Macys say it delivered but it is a no show and there is no way to dispute their claim on the website …funny how everything else is showing but this ????

Quality duvet that stands the test of time

We love this duvet. We still have another one in another color that we bought years ago for our guest room and it still looks wonderful, despite being washed over and over again.. The addition of the quality ties in the newer version is much appreciated . Be aware, the charcoal color is much darker than in the picture, but it works well in our room.

Never Received Product

Never received duvet cover set. Order #4605199187 only had sheets in the box. See photo attached. No way duvet cover set could fit in the box with the sheets. Requesting refund for duvet cover set. Delivery was made with Door Dash. Door Dash is NOT reliable!
