Wrong size

Im not sure if the item is worth the purchase but I can say to be careful because it's a last act and even though macys made the error they are not willing to correct. I ordered an X-large and I received an X-sm on both items. I took a screenshot upon ordering but it's didn't make a difference. They were not willing to exchange for the correct size even though the mistake was made on their end. Very disappointing

Have you ever wondered why people write about the deliveries in the reviews? The answer is that Macy’s Customer Service is so bad and unreliable that this is often the only way to get anything resolved. I have purchased these nightgowns before and I was happy to see them on sale so I ordered a couple others And different colors. They are very soft easy to maintain and decent quality. They run a little large, but that suits me fine because it just makes them more comfy for sleeping. and yes, I would recommend this product..
