Not as I expected

I expected to be able to use this entire pan for full breakfast making. No matter how long I try to heat it up, only the part on top of the burner gets hot. It is about as useful as a fry pan since it doesn't actually fit across 2 burners. I thought the description said it did, but it does not. I wish I had returned it long ago, but I kept trying to get this expensive pretty pan to work.

Nice griddle

This fits easily over one burner, and heats evenly. I'm glad I invested in it. It's heavy, but serves its purpose.
