Cooking chicken is faster and easier

I love that it can take one third of the cooking time. But it is a large unit and should have another crumb tray so I can cook a larger volume at one time. There is a little bit of a learning curve to cook more confidently.

So far so good. Don't like that the glass viewer can only be dried from inside the basket though... seems a design flaw, since BOTH sides get wet and soapy when cleaning it.

The grease trap screen does not show on any product info sheet or diagram! This is an important design feature that must be kept clean.
