A Definite No

I ordered a sampler set of 18 perfumes from Macy's to try. I first sprayed each one on a drawing paper cardboard strip to compare. Of the 18, I only liked 8, but since body chemistry is so different for each person, I was not surprised that I only loved 8 samples. One of the ones that didn't make the cut was the Ooh La Rouge sample. My brother bought the gift set for me but luckily my samples arrived before I opened it. It was the first sample I tried and I absolutely hated it. The sillage earned an A+, as did the longevity, but the scent itself left much to be desired. It was a very heavy, somber, musky scent with way too much musk, almost giving it the air of a cologne for men rather than a perfume. They describe it as a " long-lasting, bold, elegant fragrance," but in my humble opinion it is anything but. I put it on, and within minutes my dad developed a huge migraine. I immediately scrubbed my wrists but couldn't get it off. Two showers later it still clings to me. No thanks!!!!
