Left shoe feels too big and right shoe feels small

had to double check that the size is the correct one since the left foot comes out of the shoe when I tried them and the right foot feels too tight as if I need a half size more. I didn't realize in the picture but the dots are gold color. I was expecting black dots on black. Doesn't look bad, they are actually cute shoes but doesn't feel the right sizing, I will be returning them this upcoming weekend.
